We’re so glad you’re here! Joining our matchmaking database is completely free and there is no cost to create your profile. This database is the first place we turn when working with paying clients, so by joining you’ll increase your chances of being introduced to potential matches. To ensure a safe and respectful community, please review and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before submitting your profile.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally single (unmarried, divorced, widowed, or legally separated).
All information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your personal details remain confidential and are used strictly for matchmaking purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with outside parties except as required by law.
Limited, non-sensitive details may be shared with potential matches, but your last name, home address, and workplace will not be disclosed without your consent.

3. Background Checks
For the safety of our community, all participants agree to a background check conducted by Off The App through a trusted third-party service.
By submitting your profile, you authorize Off The App to verify your identity and review publicly available records.
We reserve the right to deny or discontinue participation based on background check results.
Background check information will remain confidential and used only to determine eligibility.

4. Services Provided
Off The App provides introductions between participants in the database.
Your profile helps us recommend and connect you with others who may be a good fit.
While we are committed to thoughtful and personalized matchmaking, we cannot guarantee that introductions will result in a relationship.
It is your responsibility to keep your profile up to date and accurate.

5. Participant Conduct
You agree to treat all matches and participants with courtesy and respect.
Harassment, dishonesty, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the database.
You are solely responsible for your safety and conduct during communications and meetings.

6. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Any interactions with matches, whether online or in person, are your personal choice and responsibility.
Off The App, Arrow & Anchor LLC, its owner, and staff are not responsible for any outcomes of introductions, including emotional, financial, or physical consequences.
By joining, you release Off The App from any claims or damages related to your participation.

7. Fees and Refunds
Joining this database is free. You will never be charged to create or maintain your profile.
Paid matchmaking services are separate and optional. Any fees for those services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
If Off The App discontinues services for reasons unrelated to your conduct, unused paid services may be credited or refunded at our discretion.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brown County, Wisconsin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Agreement
By submitting your profile, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including consent to a background check, and that you accept full responsibility for your participation in the Off The App matchmaking database.
