Public Records Screening: As part of our registration process, we may review publicly available records and online information. This is not a comprehensive background check. Publicly available information may be incomplete or inaccurate, and Off The App does not guarantee any applicant's identity, background, character, conduct, or personal safety.

Future Service Credit: Your $19 registration fee may be applied as a credit toward an eligible future paid matchmaking service. Registration fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Matchmaking Opportunities: Joining our database does not guarantee a match, introduction, date, relationship, or invitation to an event. Registration allows you to be considered for compatible introductions with our matchmaking clients and select invitation-only singles events.

Independent Dating Decisions: All introductions and dating interactions are voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own decisions, conduct, and personal safety when communicating with or meeting others.
